HGDO FELLOWSHIP PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR FACULTY

(six-week development timeline)

If you begin working with us to craft your fellowship proposal at least 6 WEEKS before the deadline we can:

  • Help you analyze and interpret instructions
  • Consult with you on how best to present the required proposal elements
  • Review/edit several drafts of the text, as needed
  • Provide standard KU information, if needed
  • Assist you to develop the budget, if one is required
  • Prepare agency application forms
  • Obtain institutional review and approval, if required
  • Assemble the proposal, upload and submit online, or make copies, express mail, and track the packet

If you provide us with your fellowship proposal draft documents at least 4 WEEKS before the deadline we can:

  • Provide initial and final review/edit
  • Provide standard KU information, if needed
  • Assist you with the budget, if one is required
  • Prepare the agency application forms
  • Assemble the proposal, upload and submit online, or make copies, express mail, and track the packet

If you provide us with your draft documents at least 2 WEEKS before the deadline we can:

1 WEEK before the deadline is too late to begin working on an application. We will be in the process of submitting the applications with which we’ve been working for weeks or months and it would be unfair to those applicants who began the process well in advance of the deadline to take time from their proposals.
